A live collaborative performance featuring six (6) electronic music composer/musicians with 6-screen projection, utilizing live and pre-recorded video. Bringing together some of today’s leading composers, performers and designers for a real-time presentation of works centered around the revival of analog synthesis, AnalogLive! was a concert held at the Roy and Edna Disney/CalArts Theatre, REDCAT in Walt Disney Concert Hall, on November 16, 2007. It was a superb collaborative of live ensemble performance of electro-acoustic music via analog synthesizers and acoustic instruments, from composers Gary Chang, Alessandro Cortini of Nine Inch Nails, Richard Devine, Peter Grenader, Chas Smith and a rare Los Angeles appearance by Thighpaulsandra of the band Spiritualized, featuring a live kinetic video sculpture by Paul Tzanetopoulos.
