Public Art Inter-Active Installation

Large-scale, inter-media installation incorporating inter-active sculptural and custom lighting elements including neon and fluorescent tubing. Once activated by viewer, individual elements mounted on sensitive pivot devises would spin for a considerable length of time, coming to a stop until the next interaction.
